Easy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 jar dried beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
bacon drippings
3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
7 oz. macaroni, cooked
3 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Preparation

Cut beef, reserve 1/4 cup for topping.
Brown rest of beef and onions in bacon drippings.
Drain, melt oleo, add flour and blend. Gradually add milk.
Cook slowly stirring constantly until thickened.
Add cheese, stir until melted.
Mix with macaroni in 2-quart casserole.
Top with dried beef.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
