Chicken Breast Veronique - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
    pinch of nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. dry white wine or vermouth
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. seedless or seeded green grapes
Preparation
    Remove the
    skin from the chicken breasts.
    Cut them in half. Combine cracker crumbs and seasonings.
    Coat chicken in this mixture.
