Frozen Fruit Champagne Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rind of 2 lemons
    rind of 2 oranges
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. brandy
    48 oz. Ocean Spray cranberry juice
    2 bottles chilled champagne (Taylor or Andia)
    thin orange or lemon slices, for decoration
Preparation
    Mix rinds of lemons and oranges, corn syrup and brandy and let mellow in refrigerator for a week.
