English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    2 cans English peas, drained
    1 c. water chestnuts, cut up
    1 small jar pimento, cut up
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook onions, celery and bell pepper in oleo until soft.
    Add English peas, chestnuts, pimento and mushroom soup.
    Pour into a buttered casserole and cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
