Vegetable Relish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can French-style green beans
    1 (No. 2) can LeSueur peas
    1 (No. 2) can white corn
    1 large jar pimentos
    1 green pepper (optional)
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Drain beans, corn, peas and chopped pimentos.
    Chop green pepper, celery and onion and add to other vegetables.
    Mix together salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar and water and pour over vegetables.
    Let stand 24 hours and it is ready to serve.
    Will keep in refrigerator for at least 2 weeks.
