Hot Seafood Sandwiches(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bite size pieces cooked crabmeat or lobster
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 green onion (with top), thinly sliced
    dash of red pepper sauce
    4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
    1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except toast and sprouts.
    Arrange sprouts on toast; top with seafood mixture.
    Arrange on 12-inch plate.
    Microwave, uncovered, on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Rotate after 2 minutes.
    Microwave until cheese begins to melt and mixture is hot.
