Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork
    3 lb. chicken
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    4 onions
    1 small loaf bread
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/2 lb. butter
Preparation
    Cook pork and chicken.
    Take out bone.
    Grind pork, chicken, beef, onions and bread.
    Add broth, enough to cover.
    Put in vinegar, catsup and butter.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until thickened.
    Makes about 1 1/2 gallons.
