Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, sliced
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large can kidney beans
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin seed
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 green pepper, hulled out
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add onions.
    Put in crock-pot and add the ingredients.
    Put whole green pepper in for flavor.
    Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
