Pepper Shrimp With Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp
    salt (Hawaiian red)
    2 c. cooked white rice
    1 c. canned black beans
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    4 oz. can chopped, drained pimientos
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Preparation
    Combine rice, drained beans, chilies, pimientos and parsley in microwave container.
    Heat 5 minutes on High covered.
    Stir and repeat heating for 3 or 4 minutes.
    Arrange on platter with shrimp.
    Sprinkle with cilantro.
