Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
4 or 5 scallions or 1 medium onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimento
1 can black olives
1 can green chilli peppers
12 flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix together the first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Chop olives, peppers and pimento together.
Spread first mixture on each flour tortilla, then sprinkle olive mixture over top of this.
Roll up jelly roll fashion. Chill several hours or overnight, then slice in slices.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
