Sausage And Rice Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 1/2 pkg. chicken noodle soup (dehydrated)
    2 1/2 c. water
    3 c. rice
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package.
    Fry sausage and crumble it. Remove meat.
    In drippings, add onion and celery and saute.
    Add mushrooms, chestnuts, soup, water, rice and meat.
    Mix.
    Bake, covered, 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
