Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled*
    pastry pie shell for 1 (9-inch) pie (unbaked)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
Preparation
    Sprinkle cheese and bacon into crust.
    Beat remaining ingredients all together; pour over cheese.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
