Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    5 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Blend sugar, vinegar, garlic salt, shoyu (soy sauce) and ginger together.
    Add cornstarch and water.
    Blend well and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven.
    Add garnish of onion, bell pepper and 1 can pineapple chunks.
    Bake an additional 1/2 hour.
