Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain
    pineapple
    and
    reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Mix sugar, flour,
    juice
    and
    margarine.
    Heat
    until
    bubbles. Remove from
    heat\tand
    stir
    in cheese. Stir until dissolved. Pour over pineapple
    in baking dish and top with 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
