Angel Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together, then cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water; add to mixture with buttermilk.
    Mix together, then knead.
    Store in refrigerator in covered bowl. Shape into rolls or biscuits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
