Ice Cream Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened (1 stick)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour, sifted
Preparation
    Blend butter and sugar until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour gradually. Drop by small teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet (not too close together as cookies will spread). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
