Pork-Chop-Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. sauerkraut
    salt
    black pepper
    brown sugar
Preparation
    Salt and pepper pork chops to taste. Brown in skillet in a small amount of oil. In covered baking dish, arrange 1 layer of pork chops. Put a thin layer of sauerkraut and sprinkle brown sugar. Arrange another layer until you fill to top. Put a thin layer of sauerkraut on top. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
