5/8 basket tomatoes, cooked slightly
6 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
4 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. mustard (dry)
Preparation

Boil 20 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 quarts.
