Grilled Skewered Marinated Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 jumbo shrimp
    6 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. dried parsley
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. beer
    1/2 c. brandy or cognac
Preparation
    Remove shell to tail.
    Remove black vein and wash shrimp. Combine butter, oil, garlic, wine, beer and cognac in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Skewer shrimp and lay flat in a shallow pan. Pour hot marinade over shrimp.
    Add parsley, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Grill 4 minutes per side over hot coals. Heat marinade left in pan and serve with shrimp.
    Serves 6.
