Yeast Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. yeast
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. lukewarm water
    7 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    flour (about 6 c.)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
    Scald milk and cool. Add water, cooled shortening, sugar, salt and the yeast.
    Mix well and add enough flour to make a slightly firm dough, about 6 cups. Let rise until double in bulk.
    Then make into desired roll shapes and let rise until double. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Brush with melted butter.
