Deep Dutch Oven Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 lb. catfish fillets
    salt
    pepper
    6 oz. tomato sauce
    sliced hot peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 10 to 12-inch frying pan; saute onion. Layer fish over onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with tomato sauce; add hot pepper if desired.
    Cover and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes until catfish is desired texture.
