Turkey And Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. each: shredded green cabbage and cauliflower florets
3/4 c. julienne cut carrots
1/2 c. canned chicken broth or bouillon
4 oz. precooked smoked turkey sausages, sliced 1/2 inch thick
Preparation

10-inch
skillet
combine
cabbage,
cauliflower, carrots and broth.
Cover and cook over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender-crisp, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add sausage and stir to combine.
Cook until sausages are heated through, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
