Spinach And Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 bunch green onions, minced
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and thawed
    2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add garlic and green onions; saute until softened, about 2 minutes.
    Add mushrooms and continue to saute 5 minutes.
    Stir in half of artichokes and the spinach.
    Cook until warm, about 3 minutes.
