Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    warm water
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon and sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Bring milk to boil in saucepan.
    Let rise to the top of pot. In the meantime, put yeast in rather warm water to dissolve.
    After milk boils, put in large bowl along with yeast mixture.
    Add butter with salt and sugar.
    Let sit until mixture is cool.
    Add enough flour until the mixture is just right to knead on floured counter.
    If sticky, add more flour.
    Put in large greased bowl. Take out and knead again.
    Put in bowl again.
    Let rise until double, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Take dough out and cut until you have medium sized rolls.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    It may be covered with aluminum foil.
    Let rise for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Take out and grease top with a little cooking oil.
    Cinnamon and sugar may be sprinkled on rolls after you cut them to rise on cookie sheet.
