Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    3 large eggs, beaten
    2 c. whole milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients, except cinnamon, until blended.
    Pour into oblong baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake for 35 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
