Sweet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    In a pan combine milk, butter and salt and scald.
    Let it cool completely.
    In a bowl, combine water, sugar and yeast.
    Stir and cool.
    Mix these mixtures together when they are both cool.
    Add about 4 cups of the flour and stir
    until sticky.
    Add the rest of the flour to knead.
    On floured surface, knead for 10 minutes. Put in a greased bowl and let rise until it doubles.
    Punch down. Cut into roll size sections.
    Put in greased pans; let rise again. Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
