Avocado Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half lengthwise
    3 slices crisp bacon, drained and crumbled
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 medium avocado, finely chopped
Preparation
    Set aside egg white; sieve yolks.
    Combine yolks with remaining ingredients except avocado.
    Mix well.
    Fold in avocado; refill egg whites with yolk mixture.
    Sprinkle with additional paprika.
    If desired, top each with a pimento strip or a parsley sprig.
    Chill. Makes 12.
