Butterhorns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 egg yolk
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, cut butter into flour with a pastry blender or fork. Add egg yolk and sour cream. Mix well. Shape into a ball. Sprinkle with flour and wrap in waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator for several hours.
