Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    To the pineapple, add lemon juice, sugar and salt; mix.
    Whip the cream and fold into the mixture. Fold in chilled rice and coconut. Chill. Serve topped with whipped cream.
