Mexicana Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese (to taste)
    1/2 to 1 lb. Jack cheese (to taste)
    1 can diced green chilies
    6 to 8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except tortillas, in bowl; mix. Layer, starting with tortillas in a 9-inch pie pan or quiche dish, then spread some mixture on tortilla.
    Repeat, tortilla, then mixture, ending with tortilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Cut and serve.
