Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1 qt. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    seasoning
    cream if desired
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms lightly and quickly put through a grinder. Saute for 2 minutes in butter.
    Dredge over with flour.
    Add milk, stirring until smooth.
    Simmer until it thickens and serve.
