Sweet And Sour Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Ramen noodles
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil or walnut oil
1 c. walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped
8-oz. fresh spinach, torn
1 head leafy lettuce, torn
4 green onions, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation

Sweet and Sour Salad: Remove seasoning packet from Ramen noodles and reserve for another use. Melt butter in olive oil over medium heat. Add noodles broken into pieces, and walnuts or pecans. Saute until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Toss together noodle mixture, spinach, lettuce and green onions in a large bowl.
