Hawaiian Ham And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 (16 oz. to 15 1/2 oz. size) small can apricots, cut up in chunks and drained
    1 (4-slice) small can pineapple chunks
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. diced green pepper
    3 c. cooked ham, cut up
    1 c. raw rice, cooked (not Minute rice)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine honey, margarine, mustard, soy sauce and green pepper.
    Mix well; add remaining ingredients.
    Toss lightly and turn into a greased casserole.
    Bake covered for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Leftovers good cold.
