Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4-inch olive oil (in bottom of large saucepan)
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch fresh garlic
2 cans minced clams (with juice)
1/4 c. butter
salt to taste
cornstarch to thicken
Preparation

Brown garlic in olive oil. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over linguine or your favorite pasta.
