Finger Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    1 small cucumber, grated
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain vegetables.
    Add to cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    Spread bread lightly with mayo or soft butter before filling sandwiches. This helps to prevent sogginess.
