Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. carrots
    1 onion
    6 c. water
    4 bouillon cubes
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender.
    Add bouillon cubes and soup. Pour into slow cooker, add cheese.
    Stir occasionally as cheese is melting.
    Makes approximately 1/2 gallon.
