Cheese Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 oz. margarine
    4 oz. cheese
    1/4 pt. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and mustard.
    Rub in butter until mixture feels like bread crumbs.
    Finely grate cheese and add 3 1/2 ounces to the flour mixture.
