Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until combined. Gradually beat in flour, soda and salt until smooth.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
