Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. tapioca
2 3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine
sugar,
tapioca,
milk
and
egg
in a 2 quart microwave-safe
bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
Cook at High until mixture comes to a full boil, 10 to 12 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Add vanilla.
Cool for 20 minutes; stir.
