Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, working in shortening until size of small peas. Mix other ingredients and add to flour mixture. Refrigerate several hours.
    This makes at least 4 average single pie crusts and can be kept in refrigerator several days.
