Sour Salmon Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1-pound can salmon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. drained red caviar
    pumpernickel slices
Preparation
    Drain salmon; mash. Blend in salt, Tabasco sauce and onion. Add sour cream. Cover; chill. Garnish with caviar and surrounded with trimmed, quartered pumpernickel. Yields 2 cups.
