Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (12 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 c. water
1 c. rum
1 c. peppermint Schnapps
green liquid food color
2 (12 oz.) cans lemon/lime soft drink
fresh mint to garnish
Preparation

In a 3-quart container, combine first 5 ingredients; tint green.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
