Chilled Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can ready-to-serve chicken broth
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    sour cream
Preparation
    In a 3-quart pan, combine zucchini, onion and curry.
    Add broth.
    Over medium heat, heat to boiling; cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Blend until smooth.
    In a medium bowl, combine zucchini mix, half and half, salt and pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate until serving (at least 2 hours).
