White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 1/2 lb. sugar (3 1/2 c.)
1 1/2 lb. plain flour (6 c.)
12 eggs
2 1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped fine
2 1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped fine
2 1/2 lb. pecans, chopped
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
1 Tbsp. almond flavoring
1 Tbsp. butter flavoring
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs two at a time, beating after each time.
Add flavorings.
Sift flour over cut up fruit and nuts.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour batter over this and mix well.
Line two tube pans with well-greased brown paper and divide the batter into them.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours.
