Sauteed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute garlic in a large skillet until brown.
    Discard garlic. Add spinach to garlic oil; sprinkle with salt and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Serve hot.
