Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced apples
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Break eggs over apples.
    Mix with fork and add sugar, nuts, cinnamon and oil.
    Add flour, salt and soda.
    Add to apple mixture and stir in vanilla.
    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
    This will freeze well.
