Rosemary Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roasting chicken (about 6 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl combine rosemary, parsley, salt, pepper and oil.
    After loosening the skin off the chicken, spread rosemary mixture under and over the skin.
    Place in a roasting pan and roast for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear.\tYield:\t4 to 6 servings.
    (I use all chicken breasts.)
