Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
2 c. buttermilk or yogurt
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. warm honey
1/2 to 3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds
5 c. whole wheat flour, sifted
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Stir carrots, buttermilk or yogurt, orange juice, warm honey, oil, eggs, raisins and sunflower seeds together in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
Frost with cream cheese icing.
