Apple Nut Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. cubed apples
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar; add dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Fold in nuts and apples.
    Bake in 2 greased 10-inch pie pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut in wedges and serve with Cool Whip.
