Shrimp Felicia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, peeled and deveined
1 small can tomato paste
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
salt, pepper and crushed red pepper to taste
1/4 c. green olives
1 pkg. Vigo yellow seasoning mix
Preparation

In a saucepan, place oil; heat to medium.
When oil is warm, put in onions, garlic and green pepper.
When onions are transparent, put in sauce.
Add 1 can water and sugar.
As it starts to bubble, throw in the salt, pepper, crushed pepper and Vigo yellow seasoning mix.
Stir well.
Add the olives.
When mixture is hot and bubbly, throw in the shrimp; stir and cook until shrimp are done.
By this time, the sauce will be thick. Serve over rice.
